AURA (hereinafter referred to as "we" and "our company") takes personal privacy very seriously. This statement explains our policy on protecting customer privacy in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (the "Ordinance") under the laws of Hong Kong. We will carry out the activities described in paragraph 3 below in relation to the personal data you provide to AURA. We may also combine personal information about you, collectively referred to as "Personal Data".

Your personal information will be stored in SHOPLINE's data repository in Southeast Asia.

AURA respects your privacy and commits to:

1. Implement computer, physical and procedural protection measures to protect the security and confidentiality of personal information collected by the Company;
2. Limit the personal data collected to the minimum necessary to provide the services you request;
3. Only allow appropriately trained and authorized employees of the Company to access personal information;
4. Your personal information will not be disclosed to external third parties, unless the disclosure is with your consent, we are legally required to do so, or we have previously notified you.

This statement covers the personal data collected and processed when you register or request our services. Where our operations are subject to privacy legislation outside the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong"), this statement will apply where practicable and consistent with such legislation.
